-Visitor-Keyed Information: We retain information provided by our visitor, such as transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number).

-Telephone Numbers: Visitors who give us their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online or if we are asked to call them.

In addition, you agree to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of San Diego County and the United States District Court for the state of California. Visitors to this Web site are responsible for their own compliance with local laws regarding Web site use and access.

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

The jewelry you see represents only a portion of what we have at any given time due to our ever expanding and changing inventory. If you're looking for something unique or special, please contact us through our online form or e-mail. You can also leave your telephone number and a knowledgeable Jewelry Specialist will call you at your convenience.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept major credit cards through PayPal's Secure Online Payment Transactions. We have a Premier Business Account with and are verified by PayPal. You can also mail a check or money order. Please note items are not shipped until personal checks clear (usually 5-10 business days). Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order for deliveries within the state of CA.

SHIPPING
Items in stock are shipped via Fed-Ex, overnight or 2-3 days delivery after payment is received. If your item is custom made or requires sizing, please allow extra delivery time. RETURN POLICY
Ready made items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in salable condition. Items must be returned by Fed-Ex and insured within 2 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Items returned must be insured for original price. (Loose stones MUST be returned by Fed-Ex, Overnight Delivery and Insured for Original Price).

Custom ordered items can not be returned. We take every precaution to make sure that your experience in ordering custom made item(s) from us is successful. Please allow sufficient time for us to create and produce custom orders.

We use Fed-Ex overnight, or 2-3-day delivery for sending jewelry. Items that have been altered or changed in any way or damaged will NOT be returned. For example, a stone replaced, damaged, or a ring resized. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

Guidelines to return or exchange your gift selection: A return for any reason will require a Return Authorization Number that must be obtained by contacting us and must be clearly marked on the outside returned package. Any return must be packed carefully in the original package with any accessories and original documentation; i.e., a certified appraisal sent to you at the time of purchase.
